The CPSC issued a notice of public hearing “to receive views from all interested parties about the Commission’s agenda and priorities for fiscal year 2023, which begins on October 1, 2022, and for fiscal year 2024, which begins on October 1, 2023.” The hearing, which will be held virtually, is scheduled for April 27, 2022, beginning at 10:00 am EDT and concluding the same day.
Written and oral presentations can be submitted as part of the public record. The deadline for submissions is 5:00 pm EDT on March 30, 2022.
